This is a design that I've had laying around for several months now, but I only got around to completing it a few days ago. This puzzle takes the idea of the Rex Rhombic Dodecahedron and applies it to the geometry of the rhombic triacontahedron, so mechanically, a lot of the parts look very similar on the two puzzles. The puzzle is stickered in 15 colors, and opposite sides have the same color.

In case Andreas asks:
The puzzle weighs 107 grams and measures 75mm tall.

This puzzle is available on Shapeways in two parts:
Part 1
Part 2
The total cost in WSF is $160.

NICE!!! I really like this one. The rhombic triacontahedron is one of my favorite shapes. May I ask what shape the cuts are on this puzzle? I'm guessing spherical but I'm not sure.

All of the cuts are conical.

A rhombic triacontahedron has 30 faces. This puzzle is vertex turning, and has a total of 32 turning verticies.

This puzzle has a hybrid axis system of the faceturning icosahedra plus the faceturning dodecahedra.
Some faceturning icosahedra allow jumbling moves. Does this one?

Thank you.
And thank you for the edited images.
The entry for the museum should be finished tomorrow.

The icosahedral cuts only go as deep as a dino dodecahedron, so it cannot jumble.

For those who want to proof-read:
http://twistypuzzles.com/cgi-bin/puzzle.cgi?pkey=3169

I added it this fast because the puzzles was presented one day before I finished the last batch of museum submissions.

The first post has been updated with ordering information.

Andreas: The only thing I could find that should be changed in the entry is that the face-turning dodecahedron cuts on this puzzle are equivalent to a Tutt's icosaminx rather than a megaminx (that is, the cuts are shallower than those of a megaminx).
