This is the Tutt's Icosaminx designed by Ola Jannson, original concept by Lee Tutt. I believe this is the smallest version to date at 51mm edge length and the first to be tiled with twenty colors, of tile all cubesmith tile material. I will post more pictures, and the way I painted the tiles soon, in the building section of the forum. It is cast in black Alumilite resin and was spray painted for a shiny finish.

did you buy the files form Ola? cuz I was the one who asked him to design it, then he was supposed to upload it to shapeways. apparently this did not happen

I would LOVE one of these puzzles. I have been looking for an affordable one. Put it on Shapeways all hollowed!
