This is the mole cube. It was my first modification. To build I extended a normal 3x3x3 with clay and painted the colors. Attachment:

Nice puzzle, it is VERY unique. Does the clay stick to the plastic by itself or did you glue it? If it stays by itself, how well does it stay?

I used a hot glue gun to glue the pieces back on after they all fell off when I picked it up. To make it I just made the shape around the cube and used a knife to cut it into pieces. At school my science teacher was showing it to all of her classes and the yellow center fell off so now it's held on from a glue stick.
BTW a hot glue gun works alot better then glue sticks.
