This is a puzzle I've been working on for a while now. It's a Hexaminx with curvy lines. It was designed in CAD, and masters printed by Shapeways. I then made molds with OOMOO 30 and 25, and cast all 82 pcs with Smoothcast 300.

The turning is really nice and it cuts corners nicely. It's exactly the same size as a V-Cube 5

The vinyl stickers were cut by Dr. Sticker.

Another thing I was thinking about, if you extended this into a Megaminx, what would it look like?

That looks and turns very nice! The white in the pictures is blinding!

Looks really nice. This is a significant variation to mine and I am very happy with it.

I used a regular megaminx mech, although it's slanted a lot to prevent pops. If you look at an edge piece, the 2 parts on either side are almost flat.


It would look like a megaminx with the lines curved... outward I think.
