Is there any reason you put links to your auctions in threads completely unrelated to the auctions? It's kind of misleading, and the links to your auctions should only be in the marketplace section.

I disagree. I think it is very clever to constantly remind or show those who might not know. Slightly misleading, Yes. Bad, no.

Perhaps adding current auctions to your signature (like Steryne and others do) is a better solution. This keeps the post on topic, but still advertises your auctions. A note on signatures: Not too big! So if you put four auction links that would fit fine, but don't put blank lines between them.
