Hello everyone my name is Rafael and I am a new member, I became interested in the manufacture of puzzles eight months ago
and I must say that finally we see the first results, If you are interested in watching other puzzle Modifications, if interested you may see more in my youtube channel;
Good, I wish you a good job or a good day, thank you all for read my first topic.

Here one of my last puzzle modification, i have designed it (for scruple) with Solid Edge, it is a simple puzzle modification of a Mirror Blocks, the shape is an hexagonal dipyramid, and, the peculiarity of this puzzle modification is that if we change the starting point of the first drawing, for example starting with a face rather than from another, the result will be different , id est, we see that each face of the puzzle will be different in shape and distribution of adhesives, unlike another change to the puzzle started from a different drawing starting point;

At the moment this is my second Mirror Blocks HD puzzle modification and is different from the first, as a reference point using the original design, to understand what is the next starting point, and to differentiate them from each other, I Use a different Chrome color and specific name and model type with the words, for example Mirror Blocks HD model (a) (b) (c) etc.

Well here the photos (P.S problems with photos), and the video,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uE9JtXAv-uc

to make this puzzle modification i used a chinese mirror blocks, milliput Black to fill, and chrome gold sheets to finish it.

thank you everyone

So is this really a symmetrical hexagonal dipyramid?
It looks like all the triangular faces are different when you turn the whole puzzle around. If they are all the same size and shape, than I must say that the cuts of the initial puzzle create a considerable illusion. :D

Hello, i think that is impossible to make a symmetrical hexagonal dipyramid from mirror blocks, i only can create different models (asymmetrical) of this puzzle.
thanks for question.
