I have designed a second version of my Holey Octahedron, originally designed by David Calzone. It was designed for SLS 3D printing.

No. There is no tolerance in this puzzle at all. If there was I would have decreased it. The changes are:
- Hollowed out parts for cheaper printing
- Thinner parts (thin features are difficult to cast but give more design freedom and are cheaper to print)
- Core made in one half instead of two (again, casting consideration)
