It's finally complete!

This thing was a royal pain in the butt, but I'm glad it's done! It took me pieces from three Cuboctahedrons and a few stickers from another two to make it. Those of you who have more than one Cuboctahedron will notice that they are not stickered the same.

You may remember that a few weeks ago I mentioned a problem creating the corner cubies (the middle pink and green triangles in the picture below). What I ended up doing was using some of the 12 left over Cuboctahedron edge cubies. I simply transplanted a pre-fabbed triangular face onto each truncated corner cubie.

That thing is beautiful. Well done. Not tempted to use radiation warning stickers for the eight 3xtriangle faces ;)

Like I said, I think a fully working one isn't that difficult. Most of the problems that you have building a working 3x3x5 are not an issue when you extend all the faces.

The extended centres are easy, the corners and edges can use a simple routed, circular track and key system. The extra extended faces stop these from falling off when turned. I think that is the only problem when doing a 3x3x5.

It was on my list for quite a bit. I have only 3 cubohedrons though but I would like to keep one as it is with it's original stickers.
