I completed a new puzzle. It is a Rhombic Triacontahedron. You can see it at my website. (Sorry, I can't figure out how to put the picture here. The Upload button doesn't seem to work.) http://home.ec.rr.com/specialpuzzles/Index.htm

Fantastic as always, Carter. Did you build it up from an Impossiball?

VERY nice Carter! Is it based on an Impossiball? I can't think of any other way to do it.
Thanks for sharing.

Seems as if it should be easy enough with augmentation of an Alexander's Star... just my vision of it I guess..

Congrats Carter! This is probably the first 30-sided sphere.

This is fantastic. Yes, I'd like to hear what it is too.

Yes, it is an Impossiball built up with Magic Sculp and painted black with auto touchup paints. The stickers are vinyl stickers from a sign maker.

how did you find the thickness of the stickers. I think modern stickers are always going to be thiner?

Max, I don't understand your question. I visited a local signmaker, and he sold me a box full of scrap adhesive vinyl for $20. Some is very glossy, and some is not so glossy. There are a couple of samples that are kind of transluscent, so the colors are kind of dull once the stickers are applied. My favorites are the fluorescent colors over a white base.
