I am proud to present my new puzzles: Twister I and Twister II. Twister I Checkerboard and Scrambled Twister II Checkerboard and Scrambled Twister I and II after the same moves Twister I Top Twister II Top You can see my new logo on the last two photos. Can anyone figure out what it is? I hope to eventually be able to print the logo directly onto the sticker paper, instead of drawing it sloppily with a sharpie. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to do that? I'll post a video in a day or two. Here is how it was made: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=13760 Enjoy! -π (Eitan) EDIT: Sorry for the wait. Here is the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AEuC7gJiM8

Very good, but why did you sit on them ? Now they're completly twisted. All that work for nothing.
No, stop jocking, they are beautiful. Any video ?

Nice ambigram logo! ("citan"?) The twister 1 looks a bit like my twist cube, but distinctly different in the way you applied the twist.

Both nice but I think I prefer #2. They have a surreal look.

Nice work!
They both look pretty tough to solve.
I prefer the one with the Windmill type pattern - it looks more swirly and Dali-esque than the other.

This kinda reminds me of a square antiprism. You should make one that's twisted 45 degrees, so that the top is like twister I and the bottom is like twister II.

That is very cool, and very innovative, I never would have thought of doing anything like that.

Vadim wrote: Awesome! Tony, were you trying to build those by hand? Vadim Yes but so far I had only stuck plasticine to a cube as a 3d sketch a few times. Looking at this one again mine would be different though similar. It certainly wouldn't be easy by hand but certainly buildable. I was going to call it either Tony Fisher's Twisted or Tony Fisher's Twisty Puzzle assuming they hadn't been used before. I may still go ahead with it for 2010 DCD.

Sorry for the huge bump, but I wanted to let people know that I am now selling one of these on eBay. Please go to the marketplace forum for the link: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15017I am selling the Twister 2, but it is not the same one as in these pictures. It's kind of version 2.0: it's from the same molds, but cast with more experience under my belt. -π (Eitan)
