There is no way that that thing's real. It obviously has 4 dimensions no matter what Tony says ! Alex

All of your bandaged puzzles coming out recently have been very unique.

I'd like to see this either next week in DUS or at the DCD Really cool, I like your very systematical, mathematical approach. Frank

Thanks for all the comments so far. Steryne wrote: All of your bandaged puzzles coming out recently have been very unique. And who carries my baggage? This approach was indeed systematical. I was afraid it might be to abstract. elijah wrote: I don't understand... Can it only turn through the centers?? This is the first (as far as I know) implementation of the slices-only-group. Yes. It can only turn through the centers. clauswe wrote: I am missen the 7th one: *snip* Where is the mistake? It might be either the BF111 http://www.twistypuzzles.com/forum/view ... 15&t=14342or the B4E111 which I didn't need to implement (see the thread mentioned above) or I don't understand your question. @KelvinScott: While explaining the QuadrupletsCubes to another attendant at DCD2008 I had the idea to make this analysis and since then wanted to implement the missing variants.

doesn't that make the puzzle extremely easy? I don't think you can scramble a puzzle much, centers only...

elijah wrote: doesn't that make the puzzle extremely easy? I don't think you can scramble a puzzle much, centers only... Isn't that enough? Anyway. There are 768 different permutations. That is four time the number of the Floppy cube. Speaking about the FloppyCube: 768 should be small enough to make up a Devils algorithm like Jaap did for the Floppy cube.
