Woa! That's cool! How'd you truncate that deep and still have the mech intact?

:EDIT: Whoops, just realized that it's probably a 3x3x3 extended then truncated, not a 4x4x4 truncated.

Beautiful, that's really quite unique, and to be brutally honest I thought you had made it out of a 4x4 to start off with

Nice idea :)

Looks quite challenging to solve from the scrambled state.

i'll most likely make this again with a red type diy instead of a store-bought to give a true heart impression :D

I made an X-block one time (way back and it turned out horrible) but I noticest if you turn it 180 degrees then it looks like a heart. Then I spray painted it red and it got all in the mechanism and made it even worse, and a year latter I tried to salvage the core and sent a knife through it and into my thumb and then I finally excepted that a demon posesses it and I keep it out of sight from fear of more bad luck. Hope your heart turns out better than mine

That truly is an awesome cube right there. I really like that. I might have to look into one of those for my girlfriend's birthday. :P

Well, I personally do not have the ability or workspace/materials to make this. But I could probably find someone else here that could make one and would be willing to sell it.

Her birthday isn't until January anyways. haha.
