My 3x3x5 Concept works! I am know busy to think about the best way to build the pieces. I will finish my 3x3x5 very soon (within 14 days). But I want it to be perfect so I constant rebuild the pieces.
For now for my method you would need:
Four 3x3x3 cubes Two Square 1 cubes Sand paper Dremel Grind stone
I used already $60 on material. I use a solder iron to fuse an fill caps so building is very cheap.
Is it a working 3x3x3 with working 3x3x1 extentions? It is not show scrambled enogh to be sure. From the pictures it could also be a cube which is always confined to a 5x3x3s starting shape, which is a great deal less complex of a puzzle (although still quite impressive to make) then a 5x3x3 whic moves as a 3x3x3 with moveing extentions.
