Hello again, after a time without posting anything I'm here to present one of the mods I have done at this time, in the next few days show other work.

I called him XCube. :)

Started preparing the pieces of a 2x2 rubik this way:

And add some structure to fix the outside:

And now begin to cover the final form:

At this point, and to my eternal problem of getting thin polystyrene to make curves, I had to plug in straight, curved sanding, and filling the resulting holes with putty:

The final point is this:

And start to put stickers:

Until the end of the cube:

The cube is estimated to have the size of a 3x3:

Beautifull shape and stickering! It's nice how you take pictures of the building process too.

Wow, that's a really stylish mod. It's great to see someone making a puzzle that is a real work of art. The stickering is beautiful, great choice of colours, and really emphasises the shape.

Well Done!

Very nice! Creative idea as well. I like seeing a lot of people's new puzzle shapes that stray from the conventional Platonic solids - especially those with indentations and the like.

 Very well done, I can't begin to imagine how much attention to detail it must have taken to cut those plastic sheets! I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite shape mods yet.

:D
