Like some others, I have a set of the limited edition light tiles from CubeSmith. But what to do with them? I had decided they would look better on a white cube, but then I found the recent Sky Blue DIY A cube.

Until it arrived, I didn't realize how white it was. If you don't hold it next to anything it looks white. Just perfect for a pastel tiled cube, it has a much cooler hue to it than the relatively warm white of the white DIY A. Next to the white stickers you can see the subtle difference.

I think it is the finest looking 3x3x3 I have ever built, and turns great too.

Nice! I've seen the sky blue cube and never thought anything of it.....until now. I still have one set of these tiles that I'm saving for whatever.

That is a very beautiful cube. I agree that the subtle difference in cube color makes the tiles look even better.
