This may be redundant because we all know what a 3x3 looks like on the inside, but I'm very interested in the Bump cube's internals. I heard it was made from a mini cube, but I can't imagine how that would work. Any brave soul want to open up their cube? You know you wanted to lube it anyways

I disassembled my Mirror Blocks last night. The mirror blocks inside has almost all the measurements of a keychain 3x3, but the centers are as big as a normal 3x3. This is pretty weird. I always thought since the original bump cube it would have a normal sized 3x3 as a core... mister Takeji? Sjoerd

It turns better than a keychain cube, right?

Yes it's less 'clicky' than the keychain. Much more fluid. But it's not pre-lubed. Maybe this is due to the big centers.

Pop the edge. Don't take the thin ones and don't take the big ones. Medium sized are the best:P

that looks like a normal sized core, but the screws arent as long as a normal cube.

The core does indeed look the same but the mechanism pieces are keychain-sized
