That looks great! Did you have an issues with the printed masters?

Calzone- I didn't touch the masters. I copied them, and will be working off the copies. I'm a chicken like that. Actually, I know my boundaries, and sanding is not well within it. The egg, for example- I sanded it down, and now it's loose. The pieces all rattle. So, I now know that I can't just sand the grooves out. I will need to fill the grooves with apoxie, then sand. This puzzle, for example, turns nicely. I didn't do any sanding, I just put it together. It's a *little* tight, but if I sand much at all, it will be loose.

Major bump, but it's my thread, and I have an update. This is actually the puzzle above, which was cast from the rough printed masters. All of these pieces were sanded down, cleaned up, patched in some places, and now Stickered! I finally got to try out my new sticker cutter, a 12" USCutter Refine. Sweet machine. Anyway, I really need to buy some vinyl in rolls. Those little sheets you get from cubesmith suck. Two or three sticker sets, and the sheet is gone. Well, whatever. I am really happy with how this puzzle turned out, considering it's not from the cleaned up masters. The only thing that isn't so pretty is when the puzzle is scrambled. I didn't take as much time to sand the undersides of the piece, and with a deforming puzzle like this, it's important to have clean internals too. It turns really nice. BTW, the insides are smooth. They just look a little ugly. Since I cast these pieces, I bit the bullet, and took Adam's (puzzlemaster's) advice and bought the IPS Weld-on. That stuff is fantastic. The masters look and feel great. Anyway, the pics...

Nope. That's a transparent corner, with transparent stickers (thanks to Hidetoshi). It's a work-in-progress, but believe me, it's a beautiful thing.

Really cool one. I always like regular shaped puzzles to transform into another (more or less) regular shape. Sjoerd

I really like this. Beautifully executed. I normally prefer black puzzles, but the white one looks really good too.
It is quite similar in geometry to the Radiation cube, just a 15 degree twisty, but looks so different. It is interesting that you say it is quite large and heavy, I think the 15 degree twist adds quite alot to the sides of the prism required to make this on a standard DIY core. The Radiation cube is relatively petite. I must do the Maths to see what the ratio of weight is for the two.

Amazing. Very nicely done. I have always liked the look of white puzzles better.

A very beautiful design. The white version looks more attractive to me. This is a shape I haven't ever thought of before for a cube.
Wow!
