That's pretty neat. If you decide to make another, it would be cool to slice on an angle. It wouldn't be a cube, but I still think it would be pretty cool. You wouldn't necessarily need stickers either.

I see what you mean now that I look at it. I guess you could extend 3 of the sides even farther, so that it mantains a cube shape?

Actually, you can take a surprisingly large amount off the sides, but the problem then becomes one of stability--removal sets up a situation where some of the small pieces will be able to fall off mid turn of the vertical slice. Thus, you're better off extending uneven amounts to simulate the effect, while still maintaining stability.
