So I'm pretty new to this forum and cubing/twisty puzzles in general but I'm already hooked.
I've been trying to think of a mod or design that has yet to be done for ages, so I hope this can be considered a new and unique puzzle that's not been made before.
I call it the 1x1x2 Roadblock.
Basically, it's a 1x1x2 with each cubie split into 3 layers then stickered with the roadblock at the correct orientation. This adds to the number of permutations and how much it can be scrambled. (If orientated/stickered differently, it can be considered a slim 1x2x3 too).
It's my first time 3D printing anything, but I think it came out pretty well. It works fine. The only real issue is my dodgy sticker cutting and the fact I used florian mod stickers. (I was too impatient and really wanted to sticker it when it arrived this morning
I know the concept is simple but you have to start somewhere
I do plan on making a version 2 with slight changes; this and more details can be found on the puzzle page in my Shapeways store (see signature).
Anyhoo, please see some pictures below of the puzzle. I'd love to know your thoughts and feedback
