the hex faces do turn. you can see it in the last picture. this has to be mass produced!

Thanks alot guys for your replies. I very much appreciate your comments!  Yes, the hexagonal faces do turn indeed!  Each side of the normal Tetraminx has 2 layers, and it is equivalent to the square 2x2x2. As you can see from the last picture, each side of my designed puzzle has 3 layers, so it is of an order higher, equivalent to the square 3x3x3. That's why it is called as "Master Tetraminx", and you need a better agorithm to solve it  I made this very first rough prototype just to demonstrate that the novel internal mechanism is very robust and smooth, and the puzzle can be used for speed-cubing.
