There must be some pretty big "The Munsters" fans out there as this 15 type sliding puzzle with the characters images on it just sold for a whopping $760!!

It's not so much Munsters in particular. Roalex sliding piece puzzles on their original cards are very collectible and can command high prices. "Astro Boy" sold for $3000 USD.

The only auctions that can be posted are your own! Please remember that. And then they belong in Market Place Not Puzzle Collecting.

Just won this puzzle on EBay. Never seen it before, but it looks interesting and unique. Does anybody know anything about it?

Hi Ryan -
I think it's a puzzle by Einstein Brain Games - no info on it online as it's either a relatively new puzzle or just a very small run of the puzzle was made (I don't know which, if either!) - just the tips are twistable, I think.
Hope this helps and please update us when you get it!

Thanks Zzupler,

I was hoping it would be some kind of twisty puzzle, hopefully a little more challenging than just trivial tips. The seller said he was unable to solve it, and if the tips were trivial one would think even a non-puzzler could suss it. I can't imagine how it would twist though if its more than just trivial tips, what type of puzzle would it be based on?

I might be able to find some type of branding on it perhaps once I get it and yes I'll definitely share some pictures and more info soon!

I assume you do not want to cut through the "stickers". In that case it would be either a 2x2x2 or a Little Chop or both in a hybrid system.

A Nintendo Crossover (red) listed for £1500 GBP best price offer of £400 was accepted after one day of a 30 day listing - if I'd known the seller would accept such a markdown I would have been very tempted to make a bid! Congratulations to the winner!

Too sad really. He should wait about ten years and then try again for that price. MAYBE...

[mod hat on]Normally we don't allow live auction links as per the forum rules, but I think it's safe to say that the price is out of reach for most people and this is probably not a serious auction[mod hat off]

Of course if I were to have drawn the picture, it would be worth twice that!

Just bought it. It is a tiled Gigaminx. Not sure if it was worth the hassle, but its for my birthday tomorrow! Even though it arrives around mid April or early May.

I'm sure you'll like gigaminx. I worked on it for a month.
Each tile was made by hand. Thank you for your purchase.
And Happy Birthday!

How did you make the tiles? Modifying Meffert tiles?

I really like how it turned out! Good work! (It's a bit of a bummer that the center is a bit small though.)
