continuing the Ghost family portrait trend that began in other threads, i present The Extended Ghost Family:

i include Hungab's yellow Ghost Skewb chiefly because of the name:
it's technically not a Ghost puzzle, as it's not misaligned in the solved state.
the real Ghost Skewb, of course, would be Tony Fisher's Golden Cube, which is where the concept originated.
(and in terms of progression, Ben Streeter's Platinum Cube would be a 'Master Ghost Skewb'.)

if anyone can identify the unknown puzzle, i'd appreciate it.
it appears to be a variant of a Ghosted (Misaligned) Thomas Cube, but the configuration doesn't match the photos in the puzzle museum.

the kitten's name is Freya, but her nickname is Ghost (no relation).
(her Third Name is secret, and no one can guess:
only she knows, and will never confess.)

cheers, all.
:cc:

The mystery one looks like a ghost 2x2 to me.

it is, but so's the one below it.
i'm just curious if there's some alternate proper name for this particular configuration.
it does resemble this.

The ghost cubes look great!
And I really like the pic used to tell the makers. Pretty cool.

it's a Ghost addiction within a twistypuzzle addiction!
in fact, i seriously contemplated buying a copy of Adam's Heavy Metal Ghost...but the sensible side of me intervened.

(my wife is the sensible side of me.)
