Puzzle is called the I-Cube and is made by Westminster. In the solved position, every face has the same order of iPhone apps. Interestingly, in the orientation I'm holding it, U and D layers can be rotated freely without affecting the solve state.

I got it at a Dave & Busters, it cost less tickets than a candy bar. The turning is ABYSMAL but it is actually a fun challenge if you don't memorize the pattern

It still turns better than most Rubiks brand cubes :D
