I started cubing a couple of months ago and I have a small collection (dayan guhong and megaminx, shengshou mastermorphix, 5x5, 7x7, and calvins 3x3x5 and 4x4x6) I decided that I should get a different style of puzzle, like a corner or edge turning cube. Which one of the following do you guys think is the most fun to solve: dino cube, skewb, rex cube, or curvy copter?

To add to the list, my suggestion is Lattice Cube. Dino is too simple, Rex Cube is a bit difficult (for my standards at least), Skewb is good for showing to non-cubers. On your list, I choose Curvy Copter because you can do a non-jumbling solve (relatively easy/intuitive, but makes you think a little bit and you can easily generate your own LL algs) or jumbling (quite difficult - A good intro to jumbling)

oh yeah, I forgot about the lattice cube. It seems a bit more challenging that the dino cube, so I might get it.

The Curvy Copter is edge turning.

Otherwise I agree that it is a very good choice!

The curvy copter and rex cube. Solving a rex cube includes the act of solving a dino cube :) And a skewb isn't all that challenging either

Go for a Master Skewb! It's the most challenging mass produced corner turning cube yet.

Now, if you don't restrict yourself to cubes, there's always the Bauhinia Dodecahedron...

No way! It is way different. The master skewb has cuts that go past the corner, and can only turn on the one almost-deep cut, not the other cut that looks like it can turn. The lattice cube has cuts that go to the corner, not past it, and the other cuts can turn. Hope this clarifies things for you.

Rex Cube, Master Skewb, and FTO are all "sort of" the same puzzle.

I'd go for a Master Skewb and Curvy Copter/Helicopter cube, but if I could only have one it'd definitely be the Curvy Copter/Helicopter, either one. It's a great puzzle, the original helicopter cube is weighty and very nice, and the Curvy Copter is a very slick puzzle indeed (and looks spectacular scrambled, especially if you aren't afraid to jumble it a bit and have it out of shape)
