From the insert, the company name is Delida. Otis did tell me that they normally make gift items and this year they went for a puzzle. But I know nothing more.

OK now I jump in. They're 3 different kinds of puzzle made by a company which used to produce "gift" before. Yes. That company is not used to making puzzle. One of my friend in Guangzhou found this puzzle and shown us. (Us means Chinese puzzle collection club) We're all excited coz we know most of puzzle company in China but never thought that there'll be a "gift" company making a puzzle as a gift! Like Rox said, actually they're dominos. With 3 size. The biggest and the middle one is a 2x3x3, while the smallest one is a 1x2x3. I think this one won't be so famous because they're not made by a puzzle company so I think Rox shouldn't have these. And it's time for me to get back to Hong Kong, so I thought they'll be a very good presents to Rox & Smaz. The outcome prove that I'm right about this. But actually These 3 puzzle are not in a VERY good quality. I've turned mine. To me the biggest one is the best. And the middle and smallest one doesn't have a very good turning quality. Yeah but they still functional. Not VERY good but still ok for me. Attachment:

The shape of this puzzle is a kind of chinese traditional crafts: chinese knots. Which using a very long thin-red string to make lots of knots, finally making a beautiful pattern. to Chinese this pattern reveals the emotions & talent of ancient chinese culture. As it looks so beautiful, it represented the Long history of china, match with traditional Chinese customs & aesthetic decoration. Above is the rough introduction about Chinese knots puzzle. Hope you like it.

OK, so they may not be best quality, but can you buy them outside China?

Great puzzle, but I have never seen anyone selling this puzzle though I live in China. Anyway, happy Chinese new year to all puzzle friends.

I've just noticed several copies of this puzzle hit eBay with a cost of around £6.
