Rubik's game has the pegs, so that increases the value, but having the instructions and box would make it go up more. I have one like yours, and I paid around $40 for it a couple of years ago. Puzzles seem to be worth a little less now though than a few years ago, in general.
I once paid $150 for a skewb diamond... then Meffert's made another run of them! Bought one of those too though!

Also, the snake appears to be an original, possibly from Hungary? - That color scheme was not popular in the USA, so it might go for a little more, but still not too much in general. I could be completely wrong about that though!
