Over the next 2 days I will be releasing some reviews of puzzles including some of the QJ products released earlier in the year as well as some fairly common puzzles. I have already uploaded some to YouTube.

Edgeless Pyraminx Crystal
Truncated Hexagonal Dipyramid
Mozhi Cross Cube (extended)

There are others (i have flimed 14 so far and uploaded 7 or 8 with plans to film more) but they aren't as interesting so I didn't mention them here. You can see my channel by following the link in my signature.

I am assuming the first is a Hlavolamy Flower puzzle. One of the ones made from a Globall?

Or is it something that just looks very similar?

That sounds correct. It looks to me like an edgeless pyraminx crystal (I believe that that is what it is) so that is what I called it.

I have posted some more and even more are being uploaded right now. I also included a tutorial in my Gear cube review.

I don't think that they are rare, and this is confirmed by a leading expert on the subject who replies that they are not rare but just infrequently sold/for sale.
