I've been setting my puzzles that all have the standard color scheme up together and decided to grab a few pictures and take pictures of my Lazyman's 3x3x5.


On the left is a 3x3x5, c4y 3x3x4, and on top is mf8 square-1. The middle is a mini maru on top of a rubik's 4x4x4 on top of my cmetric 2. On the right is a storebought 3x3x3 and a meffert's fisher cube.





This is my favorite puzzle right now.

The C4Y 3x3x4 is a great starting point for a proportional 3x3x5, I may make myself one in the future when I have some spare cash.

I like your lazy mans 3x3x5 =) I'm assuming you just trimmed some extra plastic out of a standard 3x3x3 corner and edge?

I ordered two 3x3x4's. The middle layers of it are actually just hiding the "5th" layer of the 3x3x4, You can cut those down, and then I replaced the center pieces and edges with pieces of a storebought cube I broke trying to juggle.
