picked this up about 9 years ago on a carboot..i think it is a wahn but cant be sure.its 8cmby 8cm and weighs 301 gramms.the stickers are very good condition and it turns nice and tightly.the lady i bought it off said she had owned it for about 8 years so its quite old.

Based on its age, and its bulky appearance, I'mma go with Rubik's brand. Could still be wrong.

If you can/have taken it apart, internal pictures would help identify it.

I think it's one of the original Rubik's Brand 5x5x5s, but I could also be wrong. If it is though, that's a good collectors item.

For info: my Rubik's 5x5x5 is 306g and 7cm.

The Wahn's color scheme is consistent with your pictures, but you didn't show enough sides to be positive. It's white-opposite-blue, green-opposite-yellow, and red-opposite-orange. The Wahn's orange stickers were day-glo fluorescent. The pieces had mold-identifiers

The weight is a good match for the Wahn in a list of puzzle weights I posted a while back.

The Wahn was physically the same cube as Meffert's original Professor Cubes, the Bandelow Cubes, and the Krell Cubes.

The interior parts should have letters molded into them, like these edge pieces:

the colour scheme matches but i didnt check for letters ...me just put the whole thing back together....i meant to say that the oranges is dayglo orange.the camera doesnt seem to like it tho.ill put a link to ebay when its processed the footage
