Thanks to a wonderful Smaz, I now am only missing a few dominoes-a red and white Santa, An alphabet, a superman....I think that is all. Photo was taken at 5 am today. No natural light.

Rox, your collection never ceases to amaze me.

I'm hoping to get *a* domino someday. :) Had it on my list of things to build. I think TomZ posted .STL files for a Russian domino once, but that's out the window.

Groove domino is actually still on my TO MODEL list.

The new MP 2x3x3s aren't good enough for you? :P

Seriously, though, these things are absolutely amazing. They turn fantastic right out of the box. Now if only I could solve it... I'm trying to figure it out without looking it up.

Congratulation!
That is amazing collection.

Do you also collect the different packages from the original Hungarian version?
Because I have Hungarian dominos with two different package:
I. Base color is Blue
II. Base color is Black

You can see my new black version domino here:

I guess it sorta does. When I say domino I mean the black/white with dots.

If you need, I can give you one original Hungarian Domino.
I have some extra ones for swap...

Here's a list I posted a while back

Dominoes

- Rubik's (Spindle)
- Rubik's (Groove)
(packaging variations - in clear 'tub', in blue box (English/Hungarian))

- For blind: Rounded pips on white (seen here, twistylist.com)
- For blind: Rounded pips on black (seen here, twistypuzzles.com)
- For blind: Defective blind domino (VERY rare, can't find the picture)

- Mini Dominoes ('Wonderful Puzzer (sic) Re-invented' series)
- The mahjong (thanks katsmom) one (seen here, twistylist.com)
- The christmas one (seen here, imageshack.us)
- The Superman one (seen here, twistypuzzles.com)
- The black mahjong one (seen here, part of rubik_fr's collection)

- Russian (or Ukranian) Domino (seen here, twistypuzzles.com]

- Alphabet Domino (Magic ABC) (seen here, twistypuzzles.com]

- The fabled "Singmaster" domino - "Black and white plastic with red and white stickers having gold spots." (Anyone seen this one?!)

I make it that you're still missing rounded pips on black, black mahjong, defective blind domino and the 'Singmaster' domino as well as the ones you mentioned (not counting packaging variations)

nice start though :)

Nice overview Rox!!
Perhaps it is nice to add a couple of the ‘domino’ puzzles which Hidetoshi Takeji
made:
- Trick Domino aligned
- Trick Domino twisted (requires a slight twist of the top layer with respect to the bottom layer to allow rotation)
- Brick Cube

All 3 have cubic shapes.
The 2 Trick Domino puzzles look very similar, but their bottom faces are mirrored.

The Brick Cube is similar to the Zock cube which was also made by Hidetoshi Takeji.
The Brick Cube (shown) is a 233 'domino' puzzle whereas the Zock Cube is a 223 puzzle.

Furthermore, I believe that Thomas de Bruin made a Fisher Domino.

Nice and a lot of variations!

Well... I know we are talking about twisty puzzles, but please allow me
to add a folding domino in this list! It is still a domino puzzle... right...? RIGHT???
(And although they also look similar, I won't go into the DoTS and the Die-Cube)
