For katsmom it's measuring all the puzzles, for me it's getting as many different early cubes as possible.
For coming generations, here are two pictures of three different German Politoys cubes.
Politoys was the follow-up of Politechnika. After Politoys came Pentangle and ITC.
From left to right:
1. Top: Hungarian Magic Cube
/ bottom: Politoys logo + Magic Cube
2. Top: Zauber Würfel
/ bottom: Ernö Rubik's signature
3. Top: Rubik's Cube
/ bottom: Ernö Rubik's signature + Rubik's Cube
The text is the same on each of the three.
The name change reflects history. First known as Hungarian Magic Cube, only later the name of Rubik was 'marketed' with the cubes.

I have put them in chronological order.
#1 is the oldest, has no logo on the white center and was sold in East Germany
#2 is the second oldest, has a logo on the white center and was sold in West Germany
#3 is one of the rare promotional cubes of 1980/1981
