A V6 and Master Magic would be nice...and maybe a couple different 3x3x3 models to play around with. That would probably make my Christmas

Some must-haves:
the obvious ones: 2x2-7x7 megaminx square-1 pyraminx skewb rubik's magic rubik's clock rainbow cube
Those aren't really even a collection, those are what I would consider some puzzles everyone should have, since they're all a lot of fun.
Now, if you're into building up a collection, as someone said, go to Scott's site and sign up for a couple of those. If you want to get a start on a basic collection, here are a few ideas: 3x3 sticker variations orb alexander's star super square-1 missing link rubik's world distortion demon pyraminx crystal skewb ultimate rubik's ufo masterball keychain variations rubik's snake (aka twist) whip-it dogic brain twist platypuss and then there are the hundreds of variations of puzzles found here in the puzzle building page. Even some basic ones will be fun, like the half-truncated cube, cuboctahedron, Fisher's cube, square-2, domino, etc... And you may want to stock up and get a couple of teraminx's for your friends and family. They make great stocking stuffers.
A good start would be to visit Georges' web site and see what he has. You might find a few things you like there.

My X-Mas list consists of about 10 puzzles I would like to start/finish building by then. I think the only production puzzle that I would buy in the near future is a white megaminx.

(only for a weekend or something) Perhaps...we need a 6 hour cube session sometime soon. That would be so awesome lol. I can lend you the Meffert's megaminx for Westchester, and also the pyraminx crystal if you want. Hmm...

Lol eye2eye, we go to the same school, so its probably not as "cool" as you think. Brandt, ya, I realized later that I meant the V5. But you're welcome to all 3 if you want.

That was my mantra when my 3 children were kids and not living on their own... Those monthly tuition payments EAT into my puzzle collecting hobby. It's a good thing I only have one! It's even better that I'm a long flight away. DCD would have broke the bank because I know I wouldn't hold back like I do on auctions.
