Anyone else notice that sometimes when they win a bid on 80's rubik's cubes from ebay that the decals are mixed up into an unsolvable state? The last 2 auctions I had won had stickers mixed like this.
Anyone else get this? Very frustrating because you want an 80's cube with original stickers in good shape.

lol probably... both cubes I got had stickers placed on top of other sitckers and blank spots. Those stickers looked like they had been there for a while too. Like years.

Yep, I just won a cube like this last week. It was actually a pretty interesting puzzle to figure out the smallest number of stickers to move to make it solvable again.

When I get them and realize that they aren't solvable. I give it to my wife and ask her to solve one side. (She's stuck on the solve one side thing still). It's funny once she figures out you can't.

Only sometimes. I bought 40$ speakers from ebay and never got them after sending payment... It was a huge hassle. I have however gotton some really good stuff from there.

That just means you're a bad ebay-er.

eBay is not a rip-off. No es un robo. That just means whoever you bought from scammed you. Everything I bought from eBay eventually came and always got a price that was reasonable. For example, When the new iPods came out they were (I think) $300 (USD) and then I went on eBay a month after and bought a used one for $150 (USD). I have it and it works great!

E-bay has always worked for me, my family sold some old hockey cards with it, and I have bought my megaminx and square-1 from there and they were very nice quality. Just check how well the user is recommend before buying anything. That's what I did with cubefans (e-bay account) and as said before, both puzzles are nice.
