Is "holy cow" too much of an understatement?

I bet a bunch of us have been asking that same question. Is he collecting teaching tools?

I noticed him a couple of weeks ago, he bid on all the items that I would consider bidding on. I am guessing he uses them as teaching aids, but I have never directly contacted him. Perhaps I should invite him into this discussion group. What do you guys think?

Where can I sign up for his class?!

Sure, someone should invite him in. He seems to have a little interest in the topic.

Just kidding... But I got your attention!

Teaching aids? This guy must have a very big class. I guess there must be some other explanation. Maybe he is going to hoard the world's supply of puzzles and then when we have all given up hope of ever seeing one again he will slowly auction them off at an enormous price.

I guess our Old Math teacher, has just retired, and is bored out of his skull,
and is spending all his retirement pension on puzzles.

He's new to eBay, since February 1st, 2002, he has bought 145 puzzles !!!!
Out of that lot, only 2 negative feedback, from the same seller, apparently he left negative feedback
for a couple of balls worth 2.00 $ !!! ...I guess he didn't quite fancy those balls !
Otherwise, he seems to pay really quick.

As for sending him an invitation to join twisty forum, why not.

Yes, we definately noticed this guy for a while, every place where puzzles are cheap, he/she will place a starting bid, perhap eBay hired him to give us a hard time (just j/k)
It's almost like an obsession....paranoia...hehehe, just when I thought I had found a nice deal, opened the link & there u go...yeolmathteacher...this guy is cool to the bone...hehe...I wouldn't mind chatting a little with him :)

No later than this morning, I sent him an invitation via eBay.

I saw that he was bidding on a Binary arts puzzle, so I told him to check out
Binary arts web page for some very good specials, ...I guess only time will tell.

My guess is that he just discovered the wonders of ebay and was previously a closet puzzle lover, and now he is out of the closet. =)
