Post subject: Rainbow Cube buying idea
PostPosted: Mon Dec 17, 2001 5:12 am
I get the willies dealing with overseas merchants. Not that I mistrust them, I am just always leery of something getting lost in translation. If a bunch of folks here want to buy these Rainbow Cubes, could someone perhaps get the info clear on price and postage, mailing time, Paypal, etc., and post the data to the rest of us? That way, maybe all each buyer would have to do is email the seller with an address and transmit payment. Of course, this'd probably be after the holidays.

Just a thought,
Jason

I am trying to have some friends in Japan help me get a puzzle, if still possible (which we don't know). I can ask for more than one, I think, and help a limited number of people in this forum.

I hate to say "me too!" but since it's for the cause of convincing an entrepreneur that it's worthwhile to take a risk: "me too!"

At least 2 - one to leave pristine, and one to retro-convert to a Dino Cube. A third for a gift would also be cool, but if the supply is limited I don't want to deprive anyone.

What the heck, put me down for 50 or however many there are so I can control the market and then dole them out at super-inflated prices so as to line my pockets with lots of green.

Or I'll settle for two or three. I certainly hope that MY contacts in Japan come through...

Im very interested in obtaining one of these puzzles too. I was just wondering if the people who seem to have contacts in Japan were able to get these puzzles sent out to people. If anyone is able, maybe you could let us know how such an operation would work? If people are as desparate as they seem in their messages Im sure there could be (a little) something in it for the service provider...

Ya I don't have PayPal. Damn it!! I'm willing to pay a little extra for 2 of them please. I'm very desperate. Does anybody know if he sells the other puzzles at all? I would love to know this and maybe order the other puzzles to.

Nevermind -- I just placed an order directly. Our friend in Japan takes Paypal, and he seems trustworthy. I'll report back if things go smoothly.
