I finally figured out the square 1!! took a while, but i didnt look up any solutions or anything

Congrats! Now, why don't u bandage one top corner slice and try that, I happen to have one which looks normal externally but internally, it's unsliced, guess Irwin Toys didn't quality-check that one out, but I still managed to solve it though, just some modification to the my usual method

I might just try that... My method for now is quite good, based on only one or two simple moves so I think it could adapt to virtually anything. Actually, I cant do the regular bandaged cube from Mefferts. Maybe I should try it again after square-1.

So let me just get it right, you join one corner to one of its adjacent edge pieces? Or are there more joins?

Also, does anyone know how the bandaged pyraminx is bandaged?

Actually, it came to me in that way, just a flaw in manufacturing I guess, that slipped pass QC
One corner(4-sided) is attached to a triangular piece making it impossible to rotate the S-1 along that axis although the other end is free, hehe!
