Dear Dodd,

I would suggest that you NOT tell your printer to FIT TO PAGE in any way and that it be 100% printout size. Secondly, should set the paper size to A4 (not 8.5" x 11") like you would for other printouts in the U.S. These templates were created in Europe and are based on the standard European paper size (A4).

Hessport is mistaken or confused.

It does not fit if you try Letter or Legal paper. It almost fits on Legal but the two end tiles are partially clipped off.

You'll have to print on 11x17 to get it all in, or modify the PDF file to make it fit on 8.5 x 14...but that requires Acrobat (the full program not the Reader).
