Hi guys,
Me and the museum need your help:

Does anybody own this globe?

Can anybody help me with better images?
Can anybody tell me what the mechanism is? The packaging suggests it is a 3x3x3 but the main photo is ... lets say: not perfect.

For those who speak japanese:
I entered this puzzle under the name "Cone Mountain"

Is that a fitting translation? If not: What would be better?

Can anybody help me with images of the mass produced Bandaged Void Cubes?

Thank you for helping me and the museum.
Andreas

The title on this reads "Bamboo Shoot Village Puzzle". The label above that reads "Meiji Chocolate Puzzle".

The bamboo shoot puzzle and its cousin the mushroom puzzle are both based on two lines of Japanese chocolates from Meiji. The bamboo shoots (takenoko) have cookie bases and the mushrooms (kinoko) have cracker stems. I hear that people like to argue over which is better. (Personally I prefer the mushrooms because they're not as sweet. :P)

Probably the best way to list the puzzles in English would be to transliterate the names of the sweets and append "sliding puzzle" to them.

Thank you Jared and bwross.
I will change the items title appropriately.

@solucions:
That would be great. Can you take measurements, too?

Just a note: This puzzle is not authorized by Mr. Okamoto and is therefore considered KO by this site. So no pictures of packaging or mentions of distributors, please.
