Hi forum,

I was going to get started with managing my cube collection through the Collections section on this site, but I get stuck in a loop. It asks me to log in, so I do so. It then prompts me to click to continue....doing so brings me to a page which says I need to be an authorized member to view the page, and it prompts me to log in again. Repeat.

Does anyone know what the solution is here?

I just started up a collections page to see if I could replicate the problem, and everything worked fine for me.

The only thing I can imagine is that rather than 'clicking to continue' like you said, just wait a few seconds for the page to forward you itself.

Perhaps clicking on the 'continue' link is working as a quick redirect to the home page rather than the collection page.

EDIT: Actually I tried all that and it still works fine. Do you have cookie enabled on your web browser?

Hmm....I tried manually enabling cookies, and still no luck. Maybe it's because I'm trying this from a government computer at work? Could be a security feature on the server or something.

Solved this one!

When I log into the forum, I don't bother capitalizing my username, which works fine for the forum. The Collection section requires case-sensitive input.
