Hypothetical situation. Say I was making a puzzle like my Golden Cube which from a solving point of view is better with a single colour since it has just one solved physical state. The question is, what colour stickers should I use? Hypothetically it would be a black plastic cube and the stickers would be chosen from here- http://www.cubesmith.com/3x3x3.htm . I welcome your feedback but for the poll I have only listed my favourites. Please remember I am not talking about colouring a Rubik's Cube.

None of these options. They're all dead boring. Be bold and original. How about spraying the entire surface with glue and then coating with fine multi-coloured sand and then varnish? Or something as creative and original as the Borg Cube, but obviously different. Walk down the aisles of your local craft store and use your imagination ... It's almost Easter, HAVE SOME FUN!

I voted 6 basic colors and I hate shiny stickers. Shiny stickers get scuffed and look awful after a few days of play. You just can't beat the standard six colors.

My puzzles are always sanded!

Why not use the real thing for the Golden Cube : Gold Leaf , would be much more beautiful than stickers.

On puzzles where the aim is to solve the shape, I prefer simple colors. Like White on the Ghost cube.
I have tried chrome colors, but they are too shiny for my taste.
Maybe gold / silver would make it, like on the Bump cube. (Maybe powdery gold / silver?)

I'm in the same boat: white on a black body.
Because this was not an option my vote is: Golden on a black body or "choice of buyer"

I voted chrome blue, and buyer's choice - I'm not sure how blue would look, but it's my favourite colour of the choices, so I don't think it can go wrong, and as you've considered just shiny stickers I'm guessing they'll suit the puzzle more. I also voted for the buyer to choose, as they will ultimately own the puzzle, so it would be nicest for them.
