Do the different camera angle and reflections on the wall count?

I'm afraid not!

You're looking for 12 individual puzzles that have been changed somehow.

1. Gigaminx layer is turned
2. Gear shift is rotated
3. Rubik's 2x2 is rotated
4. Clock is different
5. Pyraminx tip is turned
6. Whatever that disc thing is in the back is rotated
7. The tricky discy is different
8. V-Cube 7 Illusion is rotated
9. Red and black ball thing is rotated
10. Puck is different
Ah well, that's all I could get.

Let's see:

1. Yellow/black illusion has changed orientation
2. Venus pillow right face turned 180 degrees
3. Rubik's Rings flipped
4. Red/black babyface 2x2 thing - front face turned
5. Gigaminx layer turned
6. Colored marbley thing in back has been rotated
7. 2x2 has changed orientation
8. Gear shift has changed orientation
9. Disky has been half turned
10. Rubik's clock has changed times
11. Pyraminx tip turned
12. Black and yellow puck orientation changed.

The last one had me stumped for a little while

13. 3x3 with yellow top in foreground is rotated very slightly, giving a different reflection on the floor.

Haven't read previous lists.

12. Tip on pyraminx is twisted.

I did my best to correct for the difference in perspective and rotation but it was hard. I don't have a lot of experience with these sorts of transforms.

I found 85 or so other changes-
1. The Skewb in one picture is slightly older than the one in the other picture.

Guiltybystander, you were very close, but one of those on your list hasn't changed.

Bmenrigh, I like the animation! It looks like an earthquake. Also it looks a bit like the smiley puck at the front is spinning!

Well in that case the door, walls, floor and all the puzzles have been moved.

I see the color is different on the bigest cube in the corner

GAH! I could have sworn the 1 and 3 dots were swapped. Don't know how I messed that up.

I wouldn't worry, you weren't the only person to see differences that aren't there.

As another note; only one puzzle occurs in the picture twice, and this is the only duplicate in my collection. Did anyone notice it?

Nope! There you can see both versions of the Dioctipoid, 1.0 & 2.0.

Rubik's Shells?

It's the shells. But the question I have is are they really duplicates? I mean are they both
1) the version with the reversible buttons,
2) the version with the non reversible buttons,
3) the Rubik's version, or
4) the Chinese version?

It is indeed the Rubik's Shells!

They are both the Rubik's version made by OddzOn with the irreversible buttons, but one of them has the buttons drilled to allow resetting where the other doesn't.

I'll probably be selling one of them soon. I just don't have the space at home, so promised myself to not keep duplicates.
