Hello. This is my first post to a forum on TwistyPuzzles.com.

I've been working with a manufacturer in China to produce Tetraminxes and Pyraminxes with custom decals (I design the decals in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and the manufacturer is to apply them). But the samples I received for the first design were poor. The turning quality is not so great and the puzzle always feels like it needs to be squeezed together during turning, otherwise it will fall apart. This, in fact, happened and I had to tighten screws (requiring me to peel some decals) to keep the puzzle in one piece. And while the decals looked great initially, they are not durable and became dog-eared after just a few minutes of use.

Can anyone recommend a manufacturer that can produce high quality Pyraminxes and Tetraminxes - ones that turn well, have reasonable tolerances and durable stickers, and do not fall apart? I expect that each manufacturing run of these will yield 1,000 to 10,000 puzzles, so this is not something small scale (by my standards, anyway).

For company who produce good quality Tetraminx and Pyraminx, I can't help.
But for high quality stickers I can recommend someone (See my signature)

For the actual puzzles, go with Meffert's. Uwe invented the Pyraminx - need I say more? They even have a newer, sturdier "speed Pyraminx" design now.

I'm sure they could work something out with stickers too - look at the Muse puzzle they made.
