Is the Chinaminx still around?

So I've been noticing that the megaminxes that have been around are all high quality and common. Which brings up the question, "Are there still Chinaminxes?" I ask because I haven't seen one in a while, even on ebay and such. So, are these becoming rare?

I believe you can still find them on thinkgeek, at least that's where I got mine like a year ago

As a matter of personal interest, is the Chinaminx considered a KO on this forum? I kind of lost track. Not looking for an argument, I just want the official ruling.

No. The Supernova (closest in design) patent has expired. There have been numerous megaminx style puzzles but with the original patents expired I don't consider them KO.
