I wanted to know where I could find replacement stickers for the tetra pyramid, (aXe on mefferts)?

I looked on cubesmith and Olivér's shop but I don't think they're available there, unless I'm blind.

Would I have to just buy vinyl sheets and cut them myself?

If you scan the the different sides of puzzle with a ruler, I can make a template for you, and cut stickers.
