Yes, I have one in the works. Won't be finished for a little while yet though.

I can imagine many sticker mods...

or example a simple one: every 3 triangles next to each other with same color
or another one: (I don't know is it workable or not) pick out the edges like on this image and after it put same color to the 2 triangles next to each other.

Ryana: you have a design or something, to view how it will look?

I'm talking about no-sticker variations :)

Thank you!

Yes, my transformation is a shape mod. I won't reveal the details, but think truncations!

Talking about the sticker mod mentioned above, it would look something like this puzzle here:

Please note that this one is not the sticker mod we are talking about, I just got bored with two idential Alex' Stars and twisted one before taking my gallery pictures. Unfortunately, there are few pieces in the back that do not match. ;)

I am sure I started one once where I truncated the corners until the new sides reached each other, if that makes sense. I never finished it for some reason. I have a feeling someone else did it or made the same shape with a Megaminx. Sorry for being vague.

You don't actually need new stickers to do a pattern much like that. You can solve it where most three faces are the same color. I posted about this here and may years back on the CubeLovers email group (see the link for details).
