How about this: everyone who joins has one mounth to create a brand new puzzle, and then send it to someone the person tuning this picked out of a hat. With a 25$ spending limit, excluding shiping.

Something along the lines of that would be excellent.
I think instead of a brand new puzzle we could do any out of the ordinary or custom puzzle. And a suggested limit of 25. As for how we will do it, I will create a list, and the first 20 people who wish to be on it should post saying they want to be. I will then edit the list and then will randomly determine who has who.

Considering that this site has over 2000 members, I think 20 is a little low. Or how bout 3 seperate gift exchanges: ordinary puzzles, mods that have been done before, and brand new puzzles. That way Tony Fisher doesn't get a Siamese cube

Yes I agree. I am just hoping this will inspire more gift exchanges. This thread will just serve as a small *trial* if you will. And if I get to give a gift to Tony Fisher I will personally make sure it blows his mind! Perhaps with a yottaminx hahaha

Ok. How about the due date for the puzzle to be delivered is October (to account for shipping/modding/moneymaking time. I guess this also depends how long it takes the list to fill up.

Possibly, it does all depend on list finishing times!

I'm in, a lot could be made with 25$ and shapeways I already have a neat idea for that one
