I posted the poll about getting either stickers or tiles for my v cube 7. So now, I ask you textured or smooth. Personally I feel like textured will be better, but I don't know.

These threads are generally frowned upon. The whole point in the forum is to provide information to be useful to the good of the forum and those people who are not members.

I personally use the textured tiles on my V7 because it's easy enough to lose your grip on the puzzle, let alone how it would be with smooth tiles.

Nobody can answer this question for you.

You have to try both to figure out which you will like better; this can't be accomplished by the general populous.

Most people I know that have tried both (myself included) seem to prefer textured.

I prefer smooth. Textured are horrible. Period.

First of all: Both types are better on V-Cubes than ANY stickers I have tried. At least, my 3 sets of V-Cubes have not a smooth and clean surface. This has to do with the production process.
Tiles make the V-Cubes perfect!!!
I have tried both, smooth and textured. It is really a matter of personal taste. Some people are getting goose bumps, when they feel the textured surface.
Originally, I had prefered textured, now I'm all for smooth. With smooth you are on the safe side regarding getting goose pimples
