I had the idea to make a forum like this this morning, and I thought this would be the best place to put this forum. Let me know if it's been done before.
...you see that a truck is a V-8 and the first thing you think of is "When will the next V-Cubes come out??"
...the number of cubes you own is greater than your age.

You know you're a cuber when someone brings a cube to english class, and you casually work your way over to solve it. Then, you gradually begin to bring in your entire collection of 50+ unique puzzles, revealing each creation slowly over the course of a few months. During that time, you see that you have built an army of slow cubers, one of which always buys a piece of crap Rubik's 5x5 off of amazon and makes you solve it between classes.
But, that's just me.

You wake up cuddling a megaminx.
All the ink pens from work are disappearing because you're harvesting the springs from them.
You put your Dogic between two mirrors to see what it would be like to have a gazillion of them.
You only date women who have perms.
You have at least one puzzle mounted on the wall like a deer.

You have your friends trained to log all appearances of Rubik's Cubes in their daily lives so that you can investigate and become a top poster in the "Puzzles in Public" thread.

...you opt not to have a car in order to buy more puzzles. ...your room is littered with Meffert's invoices. ...you have "Right inverted, down inverted, right, down" stuck in your head for days. ...you use a whip-it style puzzle pen to write with at your desk, and when you're done, you return it into your whip-it style calendar pen holder. ...the neighbors complain about loud clicking noises coming out of your room at night. ...you would totally wear Rubik's Cube Converse shoes if they had it in your size.
I'll try and think of better ones that might not apply to me.

Nice topic!!! Well, cuber is too specific, I would say "puzzler" (mechanical that is!) - When your room looks more like a prototype puzzle lab and workshop put together. - When you invest your life savings in producing puzzles and traveling to "puzzle places". - When you are able to convince the University's department board to give more puzzle seminars than research seminars! - When you organise WCA speedsolving competitions in the middle of nowhere (i.e. Perth is the most isolated major city in the entire world!) - You have met almost all major inventors *and* their families!!! - When you wake up in the middle of the night just to go to the desk and finish the write up of a new idea (to avoid forgetting it). - When you bring more puzzles than clothes every time you travel! And my favourite: - When you treat your girlfriend/partner/wife, as a... puzzle!!! Pantazis

Same with me as well. I remember one occurrence when I saw a very flat Square-1... I found a proportional 5x5x13 at the school playground ....when you take a cube on a 5-minute car trip.

You know you're a Cuber when:
....your "personal" lubricant is a can of Jig-A-Loo
....you think that there is a 5x5 inside a 4x4x4 cube
....you see OLL patterns on your bathroom tiles

When you solve your cube a couple of times, than decide it's enough and that you have solved it the last time now and when you look at it the next time you notice you had scrambled it again without realizing/doing it concously.

You know you're a cuber when you got 100+ puzzles and it's nowhere near enough puzzles!!
You know you're a cuber when people around you start to call you "Cube"
You know you're a cuber when you start talking to your cube and you call him "buddy"
You know you're a cuber when you have solved your buddy 1000+ times!
