Sorry if this has been posted before. I searched around and didn't find a topic on it and I just had to make one. I had this.....teleportation pop? I don't even know. An edge came out and a corner took it's place. I'll let the picture speak for itself.

Very strange. One side must have been around 45 degrees when turning another, and it pushed out the edge, but with such force it turned the side itself. Still, very strange.

The looseness was caused by the Rubik's 4x4x4 centers as they don't quite fit in the Meffert's core without some modification.
