I visited the page where Jaap Sherphuis told me I was going to find how to take apart my Square 1 and some other related, but they are no longer on the web. Does anyone know how to take it apart withot breaking it?

Sure, no sweat. For the easiest possible dismantling job, I suggest you first mix it so that one side is all corners, and the corners on the other side are diametrically opposed to each other (ie. 4 edges and a corner, 4 edges and a corner). When half the puzzle is rotated, you should have all the edge pieces together on each half. Then rotate half the puzzle slightly so that the top edge of the middle layer on one side lines up with the bottom edge of the middle side. Now turn the face with all the edges on it and all the pieces will start to pop off the track, edges first. To get the other side, simply finish the rotation so you've got 3 corners on top and 3 on bottom, and do the same thing. Congratulations! You now have a dismantled Square-1. Reassembling it, however, is far more challenging. I'll leave that part up to you. L8r.
